This new edition of SEEPH will be held from 18 to 24 November 2019. For a week, the objective is to bring together companies, politicians, associations, civil society and of course job seekers with disabilities.
SEEPH is an opportunity to examine the various measures put in place to facilitate the professional integration of people with disabilities. It is a time of exchange and sharing where we can learn about and raise awareness about the work of people with disabilities.
But SEEPH is also and above all concrete actions to facilitate recruitment. Events will be organised throughout France to encourage companies and job seekers to meet each other: HandiMouv'Emploi, jobdating, forums...
If you organize an action before, during or even a little after SEEPH, let us know so that we can relay it to everyone !
The themes of SEEPH 2019
In 2019, three themes will be highlighted for SEEPD: invisible disability, women and Europe.
80% of disability situations are said to be "invisible". But invisible does not mean non-existent. To raise awareness of this issue among companies and the general public, LADAPT has therefore decided to highlight the disability that cannot be seen but which may still require some adjustments. However, if the disability is invisible, the skills are there and ready to be expressed!
Following on from SEEPD 2018, LADAPT wishes to bring the issue of women and disability back to the forefront. Indeed, women with disabilities often suffer double discrimination in employment.
Difficulties in accessing employment for workers with disabilities are also a European phenomenon. The actions to be taken must therefore also be European. LADAPT aims to be a driving force on this subject and will continue the work undertaken since 2015: organise events throughout Europe to raise awareness and move the lines!
