Gespecialiseerde trajectbepaling en –begeleiding (Specialized pathway and guidance)
GTB is specialised in guiding people with disabilities toward suitable employment. GTB also helps its clients retain their jobs. Their main goal is to help people in finding appropriate paid employment. However, if such is not feasible, they will look for alternatives such as voluntary work, always in consultation and collaboration with the client. During the first 3 months of employment, GTB can support both employee and employer. But even later on in their careers, clients can still call on us for professional advice and support whenever they need it. GTB cooperates with a broad network of partners that are recognised (like GTB) by the Flemish Government: GOB (training of skills and mediation), VDAB, etc. GTB is represented in local job centres all over Flanders.
